The Tesco Home Insulation Service is currently only available in mainland Great Britain and the Isle of Wight. Tesco plans to extend the coverage of the service to include Ireland and the Scottish islands in the new year. If you live in Ireland or the Scottish islands and would like to apply, Tesco is currently registering all enquiries and will be in touch when we can service your enquiry.

Please note:

Unfortunately we do not have funding for Council or Housing Association tenants. Please contact your landlord with your request and ask them to contact us directly for funding. 

If you continue with the application, your details will be recorded on our database and an automated e-mail response will be sent to you.   We will cancel your application, but keep your details on record in case we are given access to funding for Council / Housing Association properties in the future.

Step by step

  1. We will confirm your application and free insulation assessment date by post
  2. Our assessor will confirm if the insulation can be installed and what costs are involved (where applicable)
  3. We will instruct an approved quality assured installer to install the insulation
  4. You pay the installer the agreed cost after completion (where applicable)
  5. Clubcard points will be added within 30 days of completion (where applicable)
